Lover of Lembas has just passed 10,000 views!  It has been just under one year of blogging and I am truly honored by all the support and encouragement I have received from everyone who views this blog.  Please know that I am very grateful and will continue to do my best to provide quality content for all you lovers of lembas.

  1. Congratulations! I've enjoyed your posts and talking about Les Miss and War and Peace. :D

    1. Thanks, Meredith! It has been fun discussing books with you :)

    1. On a slightly unrelated note, I read your about page, and my first noteworthy thought was "sayeth what? There are other's who adore PowerPoint?"
I pretentiously term myself the queen of powerpoint in my house. It's a very good friend.

    2. Oh, thanks for reading the about page! "Sayeth what", haha XD
PowerPoint is *amazing*! It's where I make all the images for the blog--it's so awesome :)
This is totally nerdy to admit, but I am currently in the process of making PowerPoint lessons out of my Latin workbook--just so I can play around with PP and go over the lessons again.

    3. Bah, would anyone be here if they weren't admitted nerds. My knowledge of Latin is small and pitiful, I am far better acquainted with elvish and pig latin. Oh yes, and the basic animation stuff you can do there! My love of PowerPoint was the beginning of my interest in HTML/CSS.

    4. So true!
Ooh, what type of Elvish do you speak?
PowerPoint is so very under appreciated; I'm glad you recognize its value, though.

    5. I wouldn't go so far as to say that I 'speak' any kind of elvish (though I am shamefully good at pig latin) but I find Sindarin to be my bizarre and beautiful language of choice.

    6. Though Quenya I believe is more developed and would be a more sensible choice.

    7. Yes, but Sindarin is used more in the movies and more recognizable...and knowing even the tiniest bit is still impressive!
Well both of them are beautiful so I suppose it makes little difference :)
